“My husband and I were first-time homebuyers looking all over Utah County, and Mitchell Leblanc made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. We connected with him through Zillow and truly feel that was the biggest blessing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Utah County market, really willing to work with our schedule for walk throughs, and always quick to respond to our questions or concerns. Thanks to his guidance, we ended up finding the perfect single-family home in a great neighborhood in Mapleton, Utah. It was a new build that got a little crazy and stressful at the end with the timeline, but throughout the chaos and even after closing, he has helped resolve some of our concerns with the home and builder. We feel like Mitchell truly became our friend throughout this process. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in Utah, as we will be using him hopefully many more times in the future!”
“Highly recommend Mitch”
“Mark is amazing! He helped us find our home on our second visit, negotiated with the builders, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free and he truly made us feel like family. Mark checked in with us constantly and made sure we always felt supported. If you want a realtor who genuinely cares, Mark is the one!”
“Mark Haaga’s team makes it easy to succeed — the support and resources are all there!”
“My experience with Mark was one of the most frustrating and disheartening I’ve ever had in any professional setting. From the beginning, he was rude, dismissive, and patronizing. He excluded me from the entire process of selling my home, colluding with my ex-husband to keep me in the dark. Despite being a key party in the sale, I was left out of critical decisions and updates. Most concerning: Mark misled me into believing I didn’t need to be present at the signing because my name wasn’t on the title. As a result, I was not in the room when the title company took $2,000 from me—without my knowledge or consent. This was unethical and completely unacceptable. Mark never provided me access to the sales contract, never communicated updates unless I pressed him, and made it clear through his behavior that he didn’t believe I deserved to be informed or involved. After the sale, I researched the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics and found multiple articles that I believe clearly describe how Mark violated ethical standards. I filed a formal complaint, but unsurprisingly, it was dismissed. It’s hard not to feel that the system is designed to protect Realtors rather than hold them accountable. I am now in the process of involving legal counsel, as I believe Mark’s actions have caused me both emotional distress and financial loss. If you’re considering working with Mark, I strongly advise you to think twice. My experience was not only unprofessional—it was damaging.”
“Mark was a total game-changer for us. After wasting time and money with a previous realtor, we were feeling hopeless—then Mark came in and completely turned things around. Not only did he help us sell our home quickly and efficiently, but he also supported us emotionally through the entire process. He truly cared, communicated clearly, and fought for our best outcome. Can’t recommend him enough!”
“I’m a real estate agent on another team in Utah. I had the pleasure of working with Mark on a transaction at the beginning of 2025. In a realtor market as saturated as Utah, it’s refreshing (and rare) to work with true professionals who know what they’re doing and take their job seriously. Mark certainly fits the bill, as well as the rest of his team. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a pro!”
“Mark and his team were so amazing to work with. He got our house sold during a slow time in the market and helped us get into a new house. He was always professional and responded promptly. I would definitely recommend him and his team!”
